Now in its 20th year, IMEA has established itself as a benchmark for manufacturing excellence, while the Sustainability 4.0 Awards, in its 15th edition, continue to recognise organisations embedding environmental and social responsibility into their core operations.
In his opening address, Aroop Zutshi, Global Managing Partner & Executive Board Member, Frost & Sullivan, remarked, “For the past 20 years, Frost & Sullivan has been dedicated to tracking, monitoring, and driving manufacturing excellence in India. Nearly 25 years ago, we recognised the need for India to establish itself as a key player in the global economy. This brought the evening to the highest awards of the evening - the four apex awards of the year. Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited was named Indian Corporate of the Year, with Hindalco Industries Limited and Vedanta Limited - Aluminium Business being named as first and second runners-up, respectively. ABB India Limited - Smart Power Division won the coveted Indian Manufacturer of the Year award.
