In search of pay parity

Satya Nadella’s recent comments suggesting women need to trust 'karma' if they don’t get the raise they want, drew a lot of flak in the US. But what do women executives in India feel about pay parity? An exclusive ET-AVTAR Career Creators & Flexi Careers India survey of 226 women executives came up with interesting answers.
