Mumbai: Three experts from the HR fraternity brainstormed on the future of work along the theme of 'Making the best of human resources at the time of crisis' at a global online conference on 'Covid 19 - Jaan Bhi; Jahan Bhi', organised by The School of Management of Bennett University, an initiative of the Times of India Group.

R Suresh, managing director, Insist Executive Search, spoke on 'Corporate leadership dynamics in the post-Covid world'; Alkem Laboratories president and global HR head Rajorshi Ganguli dwelled on 'Keeping employee morale high in prolonged period of crisis' and Ritu Anand, chief leadership and diversity officer at Tata Consultancy Services, shared her views on the effect of the crisis on human behaviour. Darwin Industries was presenting sponsor for the conference.
