Grasim appoints Pavan Jain as new Chief Financial Officer

Grasim Industries Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group, has appointed Pavan Jain as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect from August 15.

He will be replacing Ashish Adukia in the coming months. Jain’s appointment as the new CFO comes on the basis of his exceptional track record and recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of the company.

Currently, he holds the position of senior president in the company and has been associated with the Birla Group since 1991. Jain joined the Corporate Finance Division of Grasim in 2004 and has, since then, contributed significantly in establishing financial reporting, internal controls and risk management systems.


On the back of his exceptional performance, Jain has been honoured with the Aditya Birla Group Chairman’s Individual Award twice in 2008 and 2022.
