Godrej Properties COO Vikas Singhal & Zonal CEO–MMR Priyansh Kapoor resign

Godrej Properties on Friday announced key leadership changes, with Amitesh Shah appointed as Zonal CEO – Mumbai Metropolitan Region effective July 19, 2025, following the resignation of Priyansh Kapoor. Additionally, Sandeep Navlakhe will take over as Chief Operating Officer from August 1, 2025, succeeding Vikas Singhal, who will step down on July 31.

Shah's experience is in the areas of due diligence, feasibility assessment, financial modeling of business cases, reforms & restructuring and regulatory assistance. He is currently focusing on acquisition of new projects and land acquisition in the redevelopment sector, as per his LinkedIn profile.

According to the company, Navlakhe has over three decades of experience across companies including Adani Airport Holdings Tata Projects, Lodha Group, and Larsen & Toubro.


On Friday, shares of Godrej Properties closed at Rs 2,363.55, up 1.1% over previous close.
