Godrej launches 4th edition of their campus programme LOUD
Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies (GILAC) launched the fourth edition of its campus programme Godrej LOUD (Live Out Ur Dream) 2015.

Vivek Gambhir, MD, Godrej Consumer Products Limited and Sunil Kataria, business head - India and SAARC, Godrej Consumer Products Limited hosted LOUD at the Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi on Monday.
"Godrej LOUD is our way of finding passionate young leaders. We believe that if someone is really passionate about something, even if it has nothing to do with what we do, it is likely they will bring that drive with them to Godrej," said Nisaba Godrej, executive director Godrej Consumer Products Limited.
Sumit Mitra, head, group HR and corporate services added: “We are happy to announce the launch of the 4th edition of Godrej LOUD. The past three years have been a testimony of the growing popularity of this initiative. This year, we are also introducing a LOUD masterclass with professor. Henry Jenkins, a globally renowned media scholar."
Vivek Gambhir, MD, Godrej Consumer Products Limited said the company encourages its team members to explore their ‘whole selves’, because they believe that passionate and rounded individuals make for better team members.
This year, Godrej LOUD visited 12 campuses, including the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi.
In 2014, the initiative got over 1600 applications from across 12 campuses. 14 finalists were shortlisted to share their dreams at the Godrej headquarters in Mumbai and 7 dreamers got the opportunity to live out their dreams. Akhil Kalia, one of the LOUD winners from last year, visited the Terra-di-Motori in Italy and sketched automobiles in the factory museums of manufacturers like Lamborghini, Ferrari, Pagani and Maserati. Kurmapu Keerthi Sindhuri, another winner from LOUD 2014, installed a hygienic piping system in a temple to recover Abhishekam offerings and distribute them among the poor.
