GMR gets new, CFO Subba Rao Amarthaluru to quit

GMR said Amarthaluru would continue to be in the services of the company till July, 2013 to ensure smooth transition.

NEW DELHI: GMR Infrastructure on Wednesday said its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Subba Rao Amarthaluru has decided to quit to pursue his career interest elsewhere.

"...Subba Rao Amarthaluru, Group Chief Financial Officer has decided to pursue his career interests elsewhere," the Bangalore-based infrastructure firm said in a BSE filing.

Meanwhile, GMR has appointed Madhu Terdal as the Group CFO, with effect from today.

GMR said Amarthaluru would continue to be in the services of the company till July, 2013 to ensure smooth transition.
