Gensol Group appoints Kamaljeet Kaur as CPO

Gensol Group has appointed Kamaljeet Kaur as its first ever group chief people officer (CPO). Kaur, who has over two decades of experience, will head the people function for the entire group, including other entities like BluSmart, Gensol Engineering Ltd., Param Renewables, Prescinto, Matrix Gas and others.

"Her extensive experience and profound understanding of diverse industries will undoubtedly strengthen our people function and enable us to attract, develop, and retain talent across levels," said Anmol Singh Jaggi, co-founder, Gensol Group.

"My focus will be on nurturing a people-centric culture, implementing effective talent management strategies and fostering innovation & excellence in HR practices," Kaur said.


Prior to joining Gensol Group, Kaur worked as a whole-time director and CHRO at Sterlite Power. She has also worked in organisations such as Wrigley, Hero Motocorp, Jubilant FoodWorks, and HDFC Bank, according to a release shared by the company.
