Firm that built Indira Canteen in Bengaluru announces merger with US-based tech company

Off-site infrastructure manufacturing company KEF Infra has announced merger with US-based technology company Katerra.

It is this Bengaluru-based company, founded by Dubai-based entrepreneur Faizal Kottilollon, that built government-run Indira Canteens in Bengaluru.

“The partnership will jointly expand their geographic reach, manufacturing capacity, and market expertise. The merged company already has more than $3.7 billion in bookings at this time across North America and India,” a KEF statement said.


The Menlo Park-based Katerra, was co-founded by who serves as its Chairman and CEO.
