In a year buffeted by geopolitics on one side and artificial intelligence on the other, which of India’s business leaders navigated the turbulence to emerge stronger on the far shore? That is the question an illustrious jury will grapple with when it convenes in the heart of India’s financial capital on Thursday. India Inc’s crème de la crème will choose the first among equals at the jury meeting of The Economic Times Awards for Corporate Excellence 2025 — the country’s most coveted business honours, which marked their silver jubilee last year.

These are the men and women who have shaped sectors, steered organisations through waves of transformation, and grasp the forces that define India’s economic trajectory and corporate fortunes. Their collective judgement brings rigour, fairness and depth to the evaluation, ensuring that the winners embody genuine excellence, innovation and leadership.

Later in the day, this high-powered jury will reconvene for an ET CEO Roundtable to deliberate on the theme, ‘Crafting the India Way in an Uncertain World,’ before an audience of top chief executives, business honchos and creative leaders.

The Indian economy clocked a striking 8.2% growth in July-September. Yet, that has not fully dispelled the clouds of doubt, amid mounting challenges, shifting geopolitics and persistent economic uncertainties.

ET’s elite panel will draw on decades of experience to illuminate what lies ahead — the opportunities that beckon, as well as the threats that demand vigilance.
