EMA Partners launches its brand Emagine in India

Executive search firm EMA Partners is launching its brand Emagine in India through its wholly-owned subsidiary. Emagine will operate as a separate business and provide new age recruitment process outsourcing solutions through its proprietary technology platform, Emagine Xplore, which leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence. It will provide enterprise wide recruitment solutions for mid to junior level positions across sectors.

The company has already consolidated more than 200 vendors on its technology platform, CEO Y Sreenivasa Rao told ET. This will revolutionise engagement of enterprises with the disparate vendor ecosystem by bundling enterprise recruitment software, job boards and a vendor marketplace, he said.

“The launch of Emagine People Solutions is in line with EMA Partners’ strategy to operate across the whole recruitment and leadership value chain across markets, and India is a critical market for us,” said K Sudarshan, regional managing partner, Asia. “Given our large presence in India through our executive search services, Emagine is a logical extension to our platform.”


EMA Partners already has a joint venture with Decision Dynamics AB to provide leadership and talent management solutions to its clients.
