EMA Partners, Decision Dynamics to form joint venture

MUMBAI: Executive search firm EMA Partners is entering a joint venture with Decision Dynamics AB, a global provider of solutions for leadership and talent management. EMA Partners will get access to Decision Dynamics’ tools, which it will deploy across all its leadership search engagements and also through its leadership consulting practice, to offer solutions to its clients in areas of leadership development, performance management, engagement and retention, and identification of high potential talent.

The joint venture company will also distribute and offer certification training for Decision Dynamics’ tools and provide technical and conceptual support to clients in their application. Raj Bowen, senior partner for EMA Partners’ leadership consulting practice in the region, will lead the joint venture.

Katarina Kling, CEO of Decision Dynamics, said that India is a critical market for the company.
