NEW DELHI: Dabur India has appointed Biplab Baksi as executive director-HR who will be responsible for all HR functions across domestic and international entities of the company. Baksi was earlier the HR head at Nestle. At Dabur, he will report to its CEO Mohit Malhotra, a company spokesperson told ET.

Baksi graduated in Electronics & Communications from IET, Lucknow in 1989 and has a Masters degree in Business Administration- HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Baksi replaces V Krishnan who is on his way out and is serving the notice period.

He started his career with Tata Motors in March 1993 as management trainee. He has also worked with companies like Bausch & Lomb and BILT.


At Nestle, Baksi spent over 20 years in various corporate HR roles in India and in overseas locations including Australia, South Africa and Switzerland.
