MUMBAI: Tata Sons’ chairman Cyrus Mistry will meet the heads of the group companies on Friday to chalk out plan for the coming year.

ET had reported on 7th June that group’s work culture may be a topic that will get discussed by the chairman.

The meeting called annual group leadership conference (AGLC) has the conglomerate mark out its goals every year. In 2014, the chairman Mistry pointed out four clusters that will be important going ahead. They were -realty and infrastructure; defense and aerospace; consumer and retail; and financial services. Last year, it was how to ensure sustainable profitable growth and to develop agile businesses amidst a changing and volatile world business environment.

In an earlier mail to ET, N S Rajan, group chief human resource officer (CHRO), Tata Sons had said, ‘A group wide diagnostic culture study is being undertaken in which most leading Tata companies are participating. The purpose of the study is to understand the culture as perceived, experienced and felt by our people across the organisational hierarchy.
