Covasant Technologies chairman and managing director CV Subramanyam said the new platform will support businesses dealing with many single-purpose AI agents by offering a unified control system to mitigate risks and create value.
“Having an agent for every task is not a strategy but a recipe for chaos,” Subramanyam said. He added that the AI ACT will work as a strategic control plane that can transform disconnected AI agents into a secure, optimized, and cohesive autonomous workforce.
According to Subramanyam, the platform is designed to address the urgent requirement for governance in the fast-growing enterprise agentic AI market. He pointed out that this market is expected to touch $1.73 billion in India by 2030.
Covasant Technologies CEO Srikanth Chakkilam said the company had solved a critical problem for enterprise AI users. “We are creating a single pane of glass for the modern, heterogeneous agentic enterprise,” he said.
The AI ACT will provide businesses with a universal agent registry, centralized governance, cross-platform observability, and detailed audit functions. Covasant Technologies said these features will position it as a leader in AI governance solutions.
