Cipla has extended the group Mediclaim policy to cover LGBTQ and live-in partners under the #EqualCipla initiative, as part of its efforts to build an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace for a multi-generational workforce.

This initiative is with keeping in mind the changing needs of an evolving workplace, and strengthens the company's commitment towards inclusion and diversity by providing equal benefits to all employees.
