CII Punjab elects Trident Group founder as chairman

LUDHIANA: Trident Group founder Rajinder Gupta and Eastman Cast & Forge Managing Director J R Singal have been elected as new chairman and vice chairman of CII Punjab State Council respectively for the year 2007-08.

Rajinder Gupta, who is Managing Director of Trident's flagship Abhishek Industries Limited, is also a member of Regional Advisory Committee of Central Excise, a CII body, the chamber said in a release here.
