CAD innovator Indovance opens state-of-the-art offshore delivery hub in Pune

Indovance, a Pune-based CAD engineering services provider, has reached a significant milestone with the inauguration of its new 21,000 sq ft offshore delivery hub. From its humble beginnings two decades ago in a 2BHK apartment, Indovance has evolved into a global powerhouse in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The new office reflects the company’s commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and fostering talent for global impact.

Designed to inspire, the engineering hub combines productivity with a welcoming atmosphere. Employees were greeted on the opening day with personalised photo frames of their families, symbolising a “home away from home” ethos. The space includes world-class training facilities, equipping fresh graduates to take on complex global projects and reinforcing Indovance’s role as a talent incubator.

CEO Sandesh Joshi emphasised the importance of this milestone. “Indovance is built by, for, and run by the Indovance team,” he said. “Our new office embodies this spirit, setting the stage for an exciting future together.” Joshi, an alumnus of IIT Mumbai and North Carolina State University, has championed inclusivity, maintaining a 50-50 gender ratio in a traditionally male-dominated sector.
