Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) declared a dividend of 15 % on paid up equity share capital .

BCPL held it's 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Guwahati. The total dividend payable is Rs 212.65 crore.

M.V.Iyer Chairman BCPL presided over the meeting through video conferencing from GAIL (India) Limited, New Delhi.


The company stated that the company successfully and safely operated the plant on a sustained basis at 100.46 % capacity utilization producing 2.72 Lakh MT of Polymers and 55,923 MT liquid hydrocarbons .The products were marketed to downstream industries achieving Polymer sales of 2.75 Lakh MT.

The authorized share capital of BCPL is Rs 2000 crore. With a gross sales turnover of Rs 3715.06 crores, the Company earned a net profit of Rs 690.53 crores. An amount of Rs19.10 crore for the FY 2021-22 was earmarked for CSR activities during the fiscal.
