Block the dates: Global Business Summit on March 6-7
Sixth edition of event to have a star cast of speakers and delegates from around the world

The March 6-7 event in New Delhi will host, as has been the case in every GBS, speakers who make headlines and whose decisions impact bottom lines. Global and Indian business leaders, powerful government decisionmakers, A-listers from the academia and key civil society members will talk on everything from growth to going green, from apps to jobs, and from demand creation to fighting epidemics.
GBS 2020’s broad theme — ‘Collaborate to Create: Sustainable Growth in a Fractured World’ — is a nod to the defining problem facing both India and the world, as well as a pointer to what powerful stakeholders must do.

Over 2,000 delegates from across the world likely to attend
Over 2,000 delegates from across the world are expected to attend this year. GBS over the years has seen attendees from the US, Canada, Egypt, Ireland, Russia, Belgium, Britain, Greece and Israel. And the audience, as usual, will be as bluechip as the list of speakers is. GBS 2019 had a star cast of speakers that included Jonathan Gray, global president of the Blackstone Group, AirBnb’s cofounder Nathan Blecharczyk, Tesla cofounder Martin Eberhard and Apple veteran and tech maven Guy Kawasaki.
Over the next few days, as we announce the speakers’ roster for GBS 2020, be sure of one thing — there’s a big upgrade in star power this year.
