An entrepreneur has to be a dreamer who can convert ideas into reality, says Goenka, whose ability to dream big has made Welspun a Rs 8,000 crore group spanning textiles, retail, pipes and now oil and gas exploration.

I think job creation is our responsiblity. At our textile units, we encourage women empowerment.

Goenka ’s advice to startups

Dream big about what you want to do. Be clear about your vision. Have fire in your belly to convert your dream into reality. There will be issues and challenges. Don’t give up Be honest, committed and work hard.
