Binita Agarwal appointed as foundit's CFO

foundit, a jobs platform and formerly Monster APAC & ME, has appointed Binita Agarwal as chief financial officer (CFO). Agarwal will lead the finance & accounts function across all regions, according to the company release.

She is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience across finance, compliance, investor relations, and business strategy. She has led finance functions at AppsForBharat (SriMandir), Headout, and HungerBox, and held early career roles at Goldman Sachs and EY, according to the company release.

Her experience spans key markets across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, bringing a global lens to risk management and cross-border operations.
