Bharti Foundation bags award for being top workplace for women

Bharti Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Sunil Mittal's Bharti Enterprises, has won an award for being amongst India's Best Workplaces for Women 2022 - large category. It was selected for its equitable people practices that are crafted for its employees, and consistency in workplace experience, especially for women.

“This certification is a testimony of our women-friendly policies that offer learning and growth opportunities, employee empowerment, fairness and transparency, leading to a safe and conducive working environment, especially for women,” Mamta Saikia, CEO, Bharti Foundation, said in a media statement Thursday.

Bharti Foundation’s primary focus has been centered on education of children across rural India while nurturing a culture of positivity, harmony and peace within the organisation.


In the 5th edition of the awards, top 100 organisations have been recognised as India's Best Workplaces for Women-2022.
