The list spotlights 155 rising Indian business leaders, celebrating both first-generation founders and next-generation executives in established companies, showing that India’s under-35s are not just disruptors but builders of lasting enterprises. Mumbai follows with 29 entrants, while New Delhi contributes 22, highlighting the concentration of emerging talent in these key hubs.

The 155 entrepreneurs on the list are not just disruptors, they are builders of lasting enterprises.
Together, they oversee companies valued at $443 billion (₹39 lakh crore), nearly a tenth of India’s GDP, employ over 767,000 professionals, and have raised $19 billion in funding.
Hardik Kothiya (31), Co-founder of Rayzon Solar in Surat, is the youngest on the list, while Minu Margaret (31), Founder of BlissClub, is the youngest woman, championing innovation and inclusivity in women’s activewear. At the other end, Shashwat Goenka (35) of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group represents one of the oldest family businesses and largest employers featured.
