Chennai-based startup Atsuya Technologies has been awarded the 'great place to work' badge by a global institute of the same name after an employee survey.

“People are at the heart of all that we have achieved and empowering them has always been our primary focus,” co-founder Rahul Ganapathy said.

The deep-tech startup, established in 2017, works with Indian and global brands to help them achieve their sustainability goals, it said in a press release.

"The certification is a testament to our commitment to building a workplace culture based on trust, respect, and collaboration,” HR Manager Kaushik Venkateshwar KV said. "We believe that when our employees are happy, engaged, and fulfilled, they're able to do their best work and make a positive impact on our business and our customers.”
