Arathi Krishna is new Sundaram Fasteners MD

Arundathi Krishna has been appointed joint MD, effective April 20. She has served as deputy MD of SFL since 2013 and has been on the board since 2008.
NEW DELHI: Arathi Krishna will succeed Suresh Krishna as managing director of Sundaram Fasteners (SFL), part of the $7.2 billion TVS Group, following his retirement from the post on April 20.

Suresh Krishna will continue as a director and chairman of the board.

Arundathi Krishna has been appointed joint MD, effective April 20. She has served as deputy MD of SFL since 2013 and has been on the board since 2008. She oversees operations of domestic, Chinese and England subsidiaries. Arathi Krishna has served as joint MD of SFL since 2011 and has been on the board since 2006.
