Ghosh, though, did not specify the likely split that Reliance HR Services intends to achieve between internal and non-group clients. The company, which came into being on April 1, intends to close 2008-09 with a turnover of Rs 300-500 crore, he added.
However, Ghosh said acquisitions within India or abroad to fast-track the companys growth is not on the immediate agenda. "Our target now is to develop a certain scale of operations and acquisitions may be something we will look at three years down the line," he said.
Ghosh said the present focus is on ramping up Reliance HR Services into a 50,000-strong organization by next year. The company currently employs 20,000, who are seconded to various ADAG firms. "In five years, Reliance HR Services should be employing 5 lakh professionals for the group itself," he added.
