Angel One appoints Meenal Maheshwari as Group General Counsel

Listed brokerage and trading platform Angel One Ltd. has appointed Meenal Maheshwari Shah as Group General Counsel.

An alumnus of ILS Law Collage Pune from the 2010 batch, Maheshwari started her career with the law firm Khaitan & Co. as an associate. Subsequently, she also joined the Chambers of Mr Snehal Shah as counsel. Also, she joined the private equity investment arm of Bennett, Coleman, and Company Brand Capital India as Senior Legal Counsel.

In August 2018, she joined Essar Group as lead legal counsel for global transactions, contracts & privacy practice. Before joining Angel One Ltd., she was group legal director and data protection officer at Singapore-based data protection firm LemmaTree.
