NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel has launched a digital care service in 11 languages.

The telco’s *121# Digital Care has been pitched as an easy to-use platform for prepaid customers — who comprise nearly 94% of its subscriber base—to get basic information like balance, recharge validity and past transaction details, the company said on Friday.

The service will do away with the need to wait for a customer care executive on a phone or visit an Airtel retail store for basic queries, the company said.

The service is available in Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bangla, Oriya and Assamese.
