Adecco India appoints Priyanshu Singh as country manager

MUMBAI: Adecco Group India has appointed Priyanshu Singh as the Country Manager of Adecco Group India with effect from October 3, 2016.

Singh takes over from Angelo Lo Vecchio, who led the company in India for the past two years and is now moving back to Italy to take over a larger role as Managing Director for largest staffing business line of Adecco Italy.

Prior to this role, Singh functioned as the Country Manager for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), where he was responsible for strategically leading and driving profitability and growth for the HBS business in India. In his 6 year stint at HBS, he was responsible for strategic initiatives of all three Aerospace businesses: Defense & Space, Air Transport & Regional and Business & General Aviation (B&GA). He also supported Honeywell’s (B&GA) customers and channel partners in India, while growing business to record levels.

Singh began his career in the corporate sector in 2005, when he joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant and supported major corporations in diverse sectors and functions across India, Europe and Africa. During his tenure of 5 years, he contributed to and looked after many sectors such as Technology, Industrials, Banking, Private Equity, Media and Pharmaceuticals.
