Adani Enterprises JV acquires Trade Castle Tech Park for Rs 231 cr

Adani Enterprises on Thursday announced that its joint venture AdaniConneX has acquired Trade Castle Tech Park for a consideration of Rs 231.34 crore, in order to set up infrastructure facilities.

AdaniConneX Private Limited, a joint venture of the company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement on November 21, 2025 with Trade Castle Tech Park Private Limited (TCTPPL) and Shree Naman Developers Private Limited and Mr. Jayesh Shah to acquire 100% stake in TCTPPL, the company said in a regulatory filing.

As per the announcement, TCTPPL owns a sizeable land parcel and has secured key licenses to commence infrastructure activities, which would give a head start to AdaniConneX.


AdaniConneX is a joint venture between Adani Group and data center operator EdgeConneX formed to empower digital India with a 1 GW of data center capacity over the next decade. The company operates data centers across Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Pune and Hyderabad.

AdaniConneX announced its landmark partnership with Google in October to develop India’s largest AI data centre campus and new green energy infrastructure in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Google’s AI hub in Visakhapatnam is a multi-faceted investment of approximately USD 15 billion over five years (2026-2030), comprising gigawatt-scale data centre operations, supported by a robust subsea cable network and clean energy, to drive the most demanding AI workloads in India, the company said, adding that the project will be brought to life in close collaboration with ecosystem partners including AdaniConneX and Airtel.

Calling it "more than just an investment in infrastructure," Group Chairman Gautam Adani said that the conglomerate is proud to partner with Google on this historic project that will define the future of India's digital landscape.
