95 young managers enter the final lap
From mid-Oct, shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by jury who will choose the brightest leaders of 2019.

The candidates were shortlisted from 291 professionals who had made it to Phase 3, where they were put through on-ground assessments including group discussions to determine their leadership qualities. Starting mid-October, they will go for one-on-one interviews with the eminent jury members, who will pick the brightest of them for the ET Young Leaders 2019 list.
The CEOs who are part of the star-studded jury this year are Amitabh Chaudhry, managing director & CEO, Axis Bank; Aruna Jayanthi, managing director APAC and LatAm business unit, Capgemini; Ashish Hemrajani, CEO & cofounder, Bigtree Entertainment; Gautam Kumra, managing partner, McKinsey India; Harsh Mariwala, chairman, Marico; Kalpana Morparia, chairman, South and Southeast Asia, JP Morgan; Karan Singh, managing partner, Bain & Co India; Rashmi Daga, founder & CEO, FreshMenu; Rekha M Menon, chairman and senior managing director, Accenture (India); Shyam Srinivasan, managing director & CEO, Federal Bank and Vineet Nayar, founder-chairman, Sampark Foundation.

The programme, which is open for managers in the age group of 26-32 years, started on June 4 this year. Candidates are taken through a four-phase online and on-ground assessment based on various leadership parameters, conducted in partnership with SHL, a global leader in leadership assessment.
ETYL, launched in 2011, has become a yardstick for identifying, encouraging and nurturing India Inc’s future leaders. Only 231 men and 64 women of the 165,000-odd who have participated in the programme over the last six editions have won the title of ET Young Leader.
