Recent global developments have also highlighted the growing strategic importance of drones, particularly in areas like surveillance, logistics and critical operations. However, beyond these use cases, UAVs are increasingly being adopted for a wide range of civilian and commercial applications. From precision farming and aerial mapping to disaster management and industrial inspection, drones are becoming integral to modern ecosystems.
The expo organisers expect strong participation this time as well. Leading tech brands, drone manufacturers, solution providers and startups are set to present their latest work. Visitors can expect to see advanced UAV systems, sensors, software platforms and aerial data solutions.
The previous edition drew over 10,000 visitors globally and featured more than 50 exhibitors. Along with static displays, live drone demonstrations are expected to be the biggest draw at the event.
Visitors will get to watch UAVs in action, from aerial mapping and inspection to surveillance, agriculture monitoring and industrial use. These real-time demos aim to show how drones are moving beyond hobby gadgets and becoming serious tools for modern industry.
“The Young Innovators Zone will provide a platform for students and young researchers to showcase their drone concepts, experimental technologies, and innovative ideas. The Startup Zone will bring together early-stage companies and technology ventures that are developing new solutions in drone hardware, software, analytics, and automation. This zone will offer startups the opportunity to present their innovations directly to industry leaders, investors, and potential collaborators,” the organisers said.
