A Bengaluru man's relatable complaint about his painfully slow commute has gone viral, drawing widespread attention online. Shubham Choudhary (@shubhamc817) took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his frustration, stating that it would take him 40 minutes to travel just 3 km—from Sri Jagannath Temple in Agara to the Sarjapur signal.


In his post, he wrote: “40 minutes just to reach Sarjapur signal from Sri Jagannath Temple (Agara). Barely 3 km. And looking at the road ahead, the real battle’s just begun.” He added a humorous caption: “Will I reach office before lunch? Doubt it.”


Since being shared on June 30, the post has garnered over 18,000 views and sparked a wave of reactions. Many users said they found the situation highly relatable, calling it a “peak Bengaluru moment.” Others joked that 40 minutes for 3 km is practically normal in the city.

One user sarcastically quipped, “Better finish your lunch and login.”
