UTI Dividend Yield Fund declares tax-free dividend of 7%
UTI Dividend Yield Fund has declared a tax-free dividend of seven per cent (Re 0.70 per unit on a face value of Rs 10).

MUMBAI: UTI Dividend Yield Fund has declared a tax-free dividend of seven per cent (Re 0.70 per unit on a face value of Rs 10).
The record date for the dividend is May 9, a press release issued here today stated.
The fund is an open-ended equity-oriented scheme. During FY 08, the scheme had declared a total dividend of 24 per cent (Rs 2.40 per unit on a face value of Rs 10).
All unit holders registered under the dividend option of UTI Dividend Yield Fund as on May 9, will be eligible for this dividend.
Besides, investors who join the dividend option of the scheme on or before the record date will be eligible for the dividend, the release said.
The NAV per unit as on May 2 was Rs 13.05 under the dividend option.
