MUMBAI: Tata Mutual Fund has launched a finance quiz 'Simply FQ' for college students, as part of its investor awareness programme.

"We believe that if the financial sector has to grow, people need to be educated about finance. So, this programme has been launched as part of that effort for creating awareness among investors," Managing Director and Chief Executive at Tata MF Arvind Sethi said here.

As per the market regulator Sebi, a fund house has to spend 0.02 per cent of its topline towards investor awareness. For the mutual fund industry, around Rs 150 crore will be spent on investor education and awareness according to this direction.
