Helios Mutual Fund reaches Rs 15,000 crore AUM within three years, driven by equity schemes, investor confidence, disciplined investing and a rapidly expanding distribution network.

Samir Arora backed Helios Mutual Fund’s Assets Under Management (AUM) crossed the Rs 15,000 crore mark, registering a growth of 200% compared to the previous year (August 2025). This milestone was achieved within three years of the launch of its first equity scheme in November 2023.

The fund house added Rs 5,000 crore to its AUM from April to August 2026 and this came at a time when equity markets were volatile and global developments, including the situation in the Middle East, added to the uncertainty faced by investors and businesses.

“This milestone reflects the confidence investors have placed in our investment philosophy and processes. We have achieved this growth across varying market conditions by staying committed to our Elimination Investing framework(EI), which focuses on 8 screening factors,” said Dinshaw Irani, MD & CEO, Helios India.

“As we look ahead, our priority is not just to grow larger, but to continue building a high-quality asset management segment anchored in research, disciplined investing and strong governance, with the objective of creating long-term wealth for our investors,” Irani further said.

“Our growth journey has been powered by the trust of investors and the strong support of our distribution partners across the country,” said Deviprasad Nair, Chief Business Officer.

“As investor participation in mutual funds continues to deepen, particularly beyond the largest cities, our focus is on making our investment solutions accessible to a wider set of investors across all mediums, stronger distribution and deeper engagement through investor education. We remain committed to helping more investors participate in India's growth story through our Elimination investing philosophy,” Nair further said.
