ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund announces a shift in leadership for its funds.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced change in fund managers of its two funds - ICICI Prudential Business Cycle Fund and ICICI Prudential Dynamic Asset Allocation Active FOF.

The changes are effective from January 1, 2026. The fund house informed about these changes through a notice cum addendum.

According to the notice cum addendum, ICICI Prudential Dynamic Asset Allocation Active FOF which was previously managed by Sankaran Naren, Dharmesh Kakkad, Manish Bhantia, and Ritesh Lunawat will now be managed by Dharmesh Kakkad, Manish Bhantia, Ritesh Lunawat, and Sharmila D’silva with S Naren no longer part of this team.

Other fund - ICICI Prudential Business Cycle Fund which was previously managed by Anish Tawakley, Manish Banthia, and Manan Tijoriwala will now be managed by Anish Tawakley, Manish Banthia, Manan Tijoriwala, and Divya Jain.

As of November 30, 2025 (last available portfolio), ICICI Prudential Dynamic Asset Allocation Active FOF had an AUM of Rs 28,974 crore and ICICI Prudential Business Cycle Fund had an AUM of Rs 15,708 crore.

Before this addendum, the fund house released another addendum which stated that the fund house is in the process of initiating change in Fundamental Attributes of these schemes - ICICI Prudential Gold ETF, ICICI Prudential Regular Gold Savings Fund (FOF), and ICICI Prudential Silver ETF Fund of Fund.

For ICICI Prudential Gold ETF, the investment objective and asset allocation will be changed. For ICICI Prudential Regular Gold Savings Fund (FOF), the name, investment objective, investment strategies, and annual scheme recurring expenses will be changed.

And lastly, for ICICI Prudential Silver ETF Fund of Fund, the name, investment strategies, and annual scheme recurring expenses will be changed.

The fund house further said that a written communication informing details of the proposed changes will be sent to existing investors and an advertisement/notice-cum-addendum will be published in this regard. The fund shall follow all the procedures laid down in the SEBI (Mutual Funds Regulations), 1996 governing the proposed changes.
