Reliance MF picks up shares in 2 firms from FIIs
Anil Ambani group firm Reliance Mutual Fund on Thursday picked up shares in CCL Products and House of Pearl Fashions worth Rs 33.65 crore from two foreign institutional investors in open market transactions.
Reliance MF on account of Reliance Long Term Equity Fund has acquired 9.56 lakh equity shares of CCL Products at a price of Rs 250 each in a bulk deal on Bombay Stock Exchange.
Foreign fund Citigroup Global Markets sold off 4,28,000 shares of CCL Products at a price of Rs 250.40 each in a separate deal.
Besides, the Reliance MF scheme acquired 3.81 lakh equity shares of House of Pearl Fashion at a price of Rs 255 each in another bulk deal on BSE.
Morgan Stanley and Co International offloaded 3.94 lakh equity shares at a price of Rs 255.14 each.
