Quant Mutual Fund announces change in fund management of 27 schemes

Quant Mutual Fund has announced a change in fund management responsibilities of its 27 schemes as Vasav Sahgal has resigned from the positions of Fund Manager - Equity and Director of Quant Money Managers with effect from January 31.

The fund house informed about the changes to its unitholders through a notice cum addendum and the changes are effective from February 3.

The fund house manages 27 schemes and the fund management for all the schemes has changed from the aforementioned date.

All other terms and conditions of the SAI, SID and KIM of the schemes read with other addendums, if any will remain unchanged. This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, SID and KIM of the aforesaid schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder.

The fund house further stated that following changes have been made:

Lokesh Garg: Appointed as Fund Manager – Equity, effective February 03, 2025.

Sameer Kate: Addition to the current role of Fund Manager - Equity has been assigned role of Chief Dealer - Equity, effective February 03, 2025.

Varun Pattani: Has been assigned the role of Fund Manager – Equity with effect from February 03, 2025. He was previously serving as Fund Manager - Commodities & Chief Dealer - Equity.

Ayusha Kumbhat: Has been promoted from Research Analyst to Fund Manager - Equity, effective February 03, 2025.

Harshvardhan Bharatia: In addition to the current role of Dealer – Debt, Harshvardhan has been assigned the role of Fund Manager - Debt, effective February 03, 2025.
