MUMBAI: Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company has announced the sponsorship of Motilal Oswal Asset Management ( Mauritius)., a Mauritius-domiciled Investment Management Company, which will manage India Zen Fund, a long-only-bottoms-up approach equity fund that specializes in investing in Indian Mid-cap securities with a private equity style diligence approach.

In 2007, MOAMC, under its Portfolio Management Services launched a dedicated mid cap strategy under the name “Next Trillion Dollar Opportunity Strategy” managed by Manish Sonthalia which beat benchmarks quite convincingly with an AUM of USD 200 million. The Strategy has delivered +38.4% (USD) annualized returns for the trailing 3 years (net of fees and expenses)
