Minimum investment in HDFC Gold Fund and HDFC Silver ETF Fund of Fund reduced to Rs 10

HDFC Mutual Fund has announced the change in minimum subscription amount for two of its schemes: HDFC Gold Fund and HDFC Silver ETF Fund of Fund.

The minimum application amount for lumpsum and Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) for HDFC Gold Fund and HDFC Silver ETF Fund of Fund is changed to Rs 10 and any amount thereafter.

The original minimum application amount for investment was Rs 100 and any amount thereafter.


The fund house informed this to the investors through notice-cum-addendum.

The changes in the application amount will be effective from November 9.

For SIPs under daily, weekly, and monthly frequency is now revised to Rs 10 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter and minimum number of installments is six. The fund house also informed the investors that there is no change under quarterly, half yearly, and yearly SIP frequency.
