LIC Nomura MF launches midcap fund

NEW DELHI: LIC Nomura Mutual Fund today launched the New Fund Offer ( NFO) of LIC Nomura midcap fund, a close ended income scheme.
The NFO, which opened for subscription today, will close on February 16, 2015, LIC Nomura MF said in a statement.
The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5000. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation by investing substantially in a portfolio of equity and equity linked instruments of midcap companies.
