Indiabulls MF launches Instant Access Facility in its liquid fund

Indiabulls Mutual Fund on Wednesday announced the launch of the Instant Access Facility in Indiabulls Liquid Fund. The facility, as the name suggests, provides immediate redemption on investments.

A press release from the fund house said that investors can now have access to their funds 24x7, 365 days a year, including weekends, bank holidays, late nights or during any emergency. Presently, this facility is available to resident individuals and not available for Non-Resident Indians (NRI) or corporates.

“We all have the tendency to always keep some ready cash in our bank account or funds in a fixed deposit for emergency situations or unplanned exigencies. Instead, now investors can invest their money in the highly liquid and low-risk Indiabulls Liquid Fund and have access to their funds, whenever they need it” said Mr. Akshay Gupta, Group Executive Head & CEO– Indiabulls Asset Management Company Limited.“With the launch of the Instant Access Facility our investors will not only have immediate access to their funds but will also be able to earn more on their idle funds.” added Gupta.


The redemption happens through the IMPS system which means the money will be credited to the investor’s bank account within a few minutes of placing a valid redemption request, provided the bank offers IMPS facility. According to SEBI norms, resident individuals can redeem up to Rs 50,000 or 90 per cent of their portfolio value of their investment value per day.
