IIFL Wealth, Asset Management to rebrand itself as 360 ONE

IIFL Wealth & Asset Management has decided to rebranded itself as 360 ONE, subject to regulatory approvals. The name change will be effective after relevant approvals from ROC / MCA / SEBI and other relevant regulators. For now only the branding has changed, and all company names will change subject to approvals, the fund house said.

The new brand and identity were unveiled by Karan Bhagat, Founder, MD & CEO, 360 One. The fund house said that there is no change to the mutual fund scheme names right now. Any change will be subsequent to the regulatory process as defined above. However, the company spokesperson said that there will be no change in the mutual fund business apart from the name as and when it happens.

Post demerger of IIFL Holdings in 2019, the company has three distinct entities with distinct businesses, products and client segments. “A different brand for our business will allow us to communicate more effectively with the right set of clients,” said the company spokesperson.

360 ONE has assets under management of Rs 3,30,000 crore, presence in 27 cities with a 900+ team strength. 360 ONE Wealth, the wealth business with more than Rs 2,13,000 crores of assets under management (AUM) is focused on advising clients to preserve, manage and grow their wealth and legacy. 360 ONE Asset is an alternates-focused and public markets-focused firm and offers products across multiple asset classes with total assets of more than INR 55,000 crores.
