ICICI Prudential AMC launches voice enabled investment chat bot

ICICI Prudential AMC has launched voice enabled investment chat bot for its investors.

ICICI Prudential AMC has launched voice enabled investment chat bot for its investors. This service is powered by Google Voice capabilities and has Natural Language Processing (NLP) support.

The investment bot is designed to guide new KYC compliant customers to seamlessly on-board and will assist them to invest into various funds offered by the mutual fund house. For an existing customer, the bot will aid purchase transaction and will help register SIP in existing folios.

In case of any technical issues, the bot is designed to transfer the customer to an agent who can aid the customer to complete the investments.


The initiative is a part of ICICI Prudential’s commitment to innovate and aid investors with paperless transaction journey. According to Adil Bakhshi, Official spokesperson of ICICI Prudential AMC, “The launch of a voice based investment bot is another first from ICICI Prudential AMC in the direction towards making online investment easier for investors. We believe voice based bot will help in making seamless purchase transactions thereby encouraging more investors to go start their investments digitally.”

Currently, the chat bot is available on ICICI Prudential AMC’s website www.icicipruamc.com. The same will be made available soon on other digital platforms.
