The objective of the scheme is to achieve capital appreciation/income in the long term by primarily investing in undervalued stocks.
The changes will be effective from March 15. The fund house has informed about these changes through a notice cum addendum.

All other terms and conditions of the aforesaid scheme remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID / KIM of the aforesaid scheme and SAI of the fund as amended from time to time.
The objective of the scheme is to achieve capital appreciation/income in the long term by primarily investing in undervalued stocks.
The scheme is benchmarked against NIFTY 500 Index (TRI) and is managed by Anand Laddha and Dhruv Muchhal.
The minimum application amount is Rs100 and any amount thereafter. The scheme invests 65-100% in equity and equity related instruments, 0-35% in debt securities (including securitised debt) and money market instruments, 0-10% in units issued by REITs and InvITs, and 0-10% in non-convertible preference shares.

The scheme will endeavour to maintain a minimum of 60% of the equity portfolio in stocks where the trailing Price /Earnings ratio is lower than the corresponding median of the current stocks in the benchmark index (NSE500 Index) and / or the trailing Price / Book ratio is lower than the corresponding median of the current stocks in the benchmark index (NSE500 Index) and / or trailing price / earnings ratio is below their own five year historical averages and / or trailing price / book ratio is below their own five year historical averages.
The scheme is suitable for investors who are looking to generate long-term capital appreciation / income in the long term and want investment primarily in undervalued stocks.
