DSP Mutual Fund announces change in name of 7 funds. Check details

DSP Mutual Fund has announced the renaming of seven of its schemes, including several international funds and two debt-oriented passive funds. The changes, notified via a notice-cum-addendum, will take effect from August 31.

“Investors/Unitholders are requested to note that pursuant to SEBI letter on Standardized Framework For Fund of Fund (FOF) Schemes vide email dated June 30, 2025, name & benchmark of below-mentioned FOF schemes shall stand revised with effect from August 31, 2025,” the fund house said.

DSP Global Innovation Fund of Fund, an international fund, will be renamed as DSP Global Innovation Overseas Equity Omni FoF. DSP Global Clean Energy Fund of Fund will be renamed as DSP Global Clean Energy Overseas Equity Omni FoF.

DSP US Treasury Fund of Fund and DSP Income Plus Arbitrage Fund of Fund, two debt-oriented passive funds, will be renamed as DSP US Specific Debt Passive FoF and DSP Income Plus Arbitrage Omni FoF, respectively.

DSP World Gold Fund of Fund will be renamed as DSP World Gold Mining Overseas Equity Omni FoF post the effective date.

The fund house announced a benchmark change for DSP Income Plus Arbitrage Fund of Fund. Its existing benchmark—40% NIFTY 50 Arbitrage Index + 60% CRISIL Dynamic Bond A-III Index—will be replaced with 40% NIFTY 50 Arbitrage Index + 60% NIFTY Composite Debt Index.

The above-mentioned change shall override the conflicting provisions, if any and shall form an integral part of the SID and KIM of the aforesaid schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the aforesaid schemes of the Fund, except as specifically modified herein above, remain unchanged.
