DBS Chola MF launches quarterly debt interval fund

DBS Chola Mutual Fund on Thursday annnounced the launch of a new quarterly debt interval fund that aims at generating regular income.

MUMBAI: DBS Chola Mutual Fund on Thursday annnounced the launch of a new quarterly debt interval fund that aims at generating regular income.

The new fund offer (NFO) for DBS Chola Interval Income Fund - Quarterly Plan A opens for subscription tomorrow and closes on September 26.

The fund aims to generate regular income through investments in debt, money-market and Government securities maturing in line with the time profile of the plan, a release from the fund house said here.

The fund would offer subscription and redemption facility once every quarter during the specified transaction period without payment of any loads.

Redemptions in periods other than the specified transaction period will subject to 0.5 per cent exit load. The fund offers both retail and institutional plans.

The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 under the retail plan and Rs 1 lakh and in multiples of Re 1 under the institutional plan.
