The fund selection framework uses three core financial ratios to identify potential undervalued opportunities. These are the Book-to-Price Ratio, Earnings-to-Price Ratio and Sales-to-Price Ratio. Together, these indicators provide a well-rounded perspective of a company’s valuation, covering assets, profitability and revenue, ensuring a balanced approach that avoids dependence on any single metric.

The Bajaj Allianz Life BSE 500 Enhanced Value 50 Index Fund is passively managed to mirror the BSE 500 Enhanced Value 50 Index and is updated every quarter to stay aligned with market trends and data. This structure allows investors to gain disciplined, long-term exposure to high-potential value stocks with minimal active management risk.

By systematically investing in companies with attractive valuations across large, mid, and small-cap segments, the fund provides a diversified equity exposure with a balanced risk-reward profile. We believe this approach can play a meaningful role in helping investors build sustainable wealth over time,” said Srinivas Rao Ravuri, Chief Investment Officer, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.
